Import your tenants from your property software
For property managers with more than one tenant behind. Choose the report your software exports, and each tenant who owes becomes one order with the answers already filled in. You still check every answer and sign a fee agreement for each case, the same as any order.

2. Your report
In AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, Rent Manager or any other software, run a delinquency report or a rent roll and export it as CSV. A report that only saves as Excel: open it in Excel and choose Save As, CSV. The file is read on this computer; nothing in it is sent to us until you start an order, and then only that tenant’s answers.
