Never yours to worry about

If a court's actual charge differs from the quote, you pay the actual cost — we true it up transparently in your portal, and nothing is added without your OK.

Refunds: if your tenant pays or vacates before we file, most of the fee comes back to you per the milestone schedule in your fee agreement. After filing, refunds follow the same schedule. The exact numbers are in the agreement you accept before paying — not fine print after.
