Never yours to worry about
If a court's actual charge differs from the quote, you pay the actual cost — we true it up transparently in your portal, and nothing is added without your OK.
Refunds: if your tenant pays or vacates before we file, the remaining stages simply never bill — fees are charged per completed stage, in arrears, so nothing is prepaid and nothing needs refunding. After filing, refunds follow the same schedule. The exact numbers are in the agreement you accept before paying — not fine print after.
